Business IT support typically falls into one of two categories - managed services or a break-fix situation. Managed services involves the scenario where we look after all or a subset of your IT support for a monthly cost.

Actual plan prices will vary according to the number of workstations and/or servers your business has and any other specific support requirements. We provide a full monthly breakdown of your support agreement including a detailed report on any key issues identified and our work undertaken.
