  • Managed services extras - clients on a managed services support plan automatically receive various extra benefits
  • Frequent support bonus - clients not on a managed service plan but who still frequently use our services benefit from an additional bonus

Note:- Frequent support bonus excludes major projects. Bonus support time must be used within the current billable period.
